A Little About Me...

I always loved movies and dreamed of a career in entertainment, but often we're told as children by those in authority (teacher, parent, adults) to do what they believe is best for us.  I told myself that dreams about movies and super heroes were unrealistic. Dreams can happen, but get an education and focus on a steady career first. You know, just in case...

I didn't study drama in high school or college. I went to high school at Delbarton in New Jersey - an all-boys school run by monks following the Benedictine order. After graduation, I went to Villanova University just outside Philadelphia. I majored in International Business, because I felt I should prepare for a "responsible" career.

I worked at Banker's Trust, Cerberus Capital Management, HSBC Private Bank and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. 

Of all the financial formulas I learned and Series 7 & 63 certifications I earned, the most meaningful to me were my acting classes and spiritual studies. Throughout my career in banking I studied acting at T. Schrieber Studio, performed on stage and had smaller parts on TV & film. I owe my deepest gratitude to Mary Boyer, who taught me the tools for telling the story.

I left my job at KBW and started Elessar to work on the projects that are my passion and joy.

I am creating a fragrance line called ROCK Cologne.  There are three scents and each evokes a sense of wood, smoke, leather and Rock & Roll!

I wrote a screenplay with the help of industry veterans with expertise in the children's market and animated films.

My script is an animated super hero story about a bulldog called EMILY THE BULLDOG.
